Copper Futures Rally 4% on China Stimulus Hopes

Copper futures on the London Metal Exchange jumped 4.2% to $10,250 per tonne after Reuters reported that China's State Council is finalizing a $140 billion infrastructure stimulus package. Freeport-McMoRan rose 6.3% and BHP gained 3.8% in sympathy.
